Our goal is to offer you a peaceful and safe stay. Therefore, we have defined the following terms and conditions.
Reservations and Registration
- Reservations are only confirmed with advance payment.
- Guests must present original ID documents, including minors.
- An accommodation contract must be signed via an online form.
Schedules and Common Areas
- Check-In: From 3:00 PM (15:00). If you arrive earlier, you can store your luggage for free and use a bathroom to change.
- Check-Out: Until 12:00 PM. We offer luggage storage after check-out.
- Quiet hours: From 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
- Use of terrace and common areas: From 7:00 AM to 1:00 AM.
- Shared kitchen: Available from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
General Policies
- Bringing or consuming alcoholic beverages from outside is not allowed. The hotel sells them; a corkage fee will be charged if you wish to bring your own.
- Pets are allowed in some air-conditioned rooms for an additional fee. They must be vaccinated, under supervision, and cannot enter the kitchen.
- The use or consumption of hallucinogenic drugs is not permitted.
- Parties, excessive noise, or any conduct that disturbs the peace are prohibited.
- Visitors or additional guests are not allowed without prior registration and payment.
- Any minors must be reported when booking.
Rooms and Services
- All rooms have a private bathroom.
- Some have television and air conditioning (for an additional fee).
- We have rooms on the ground floor and the second floor. Choose according to your needs when booking.
- We have one room adapted for guests with reduced mobility.
Additional Services
- Airport transportation and motorcycle rentals incur an additional cost.
- Early Check-In and Late Check-Out are subject to availability and incur charges.
- Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
Change and Cancellation Restrictions
- Date changes are not accepted with less than 10 days notice.
- Each rate has its own cancellation policy, please inquire.
Taxes and Additional Charges
- No additional taxes are charged on top of the rate.
- Additional charges will be applied for damages, losses, and consumption generated by the guest.

We comply with laws 679 of 2001, 1336 of 2009, 1098 of 2006, and 1329 of 2009, rejecting sexual exploitation and child abuse.
